Spring 2024 7 Family medicine comes to Crowley ISD Texas Health Huguley Hospital has a new family medicine clinic to serve you closer to your neighborhood. Last fall, the Crowley ISD clinic at Parkway Elementary School in Fort Worth was opened for anyone in the community ages four and older. The clinic provides whole-person care to help keep you healthy in body, mind and spirit. Chris Rasmussen, FNP-BC, is the primary provider at Crowley ISD community clinic. As a family nurse practitioner, Chris will provide: ● Annual checkups. Preventive care helps you avoid many health problems—or catch them early. ● Chronic disease care. You can get help managing illnesses like asthma, diabetes or heart disease. ● Sports physicals. These exams help ensure that youth athletes are healthy enough for play. “I’m here to create a safe environment for my patients that promotes acceptance, education and healing,” Chris says.
